An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to receive all wine deliveries. We recommend selecting a delivery time when someone will be available to accept and sign for the order.
If you need to make changes to your delivery address or order details after your delivery has been scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes requested after the delivery has been dispatched may result in additional fees or require rescheduling.
Any claims for missing items, breakage, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
